Skim Milk

Skim milk, also known as nonfat milk, is a dairy product that is made from cow's milk that has had all or most of its fat content removed. Skim milk contains less than 0.5% fat, which makes it the lowest-fat milk option available.

Skim milk has a thinner consistency than whole milk, as the fat content contributes to the creamy texture and rich flavor of whole milk. However, skim milk is still a good source of calcium, protein, and other essential nutrients found in dairy products.

Skim milk is commonly used in baking, cooking, and as a base for smoothies and milkshakes. It is also commonly consumed on its own or added to coffee, tea, and other beverages. Some people choose to consume skim milk as a lower-fat and lower-calorie alternative to whole milk for health or dietary reasons.
