2% Milk

2% milk, also known as reduced-fat milk, is a dairy product that is made from cow's milk that has been partially skimmed to reduce its fat content. It contains approximately 2% fat, which is lower than the fat content found in whole milk.

2% milk is a good source of calcium, protein, and other essential nutrients found in dairy products. It can be used in similar culinary applications to whole milk, such as in cooking, baking, and as a base for beverages like smoothies and milkshakes. It is also commonly consumed on its own or added to coffee, tea, and other hot or cold drinks. Some people choose to consume 2% milk as a lower-fat alternative to whole milk for health or dietary reasons.
